The Story Behind Ark Ministries
Ark Ministries was founded in 2024 by Jeff and Becky Weber with one mission in mind—to help blended families flourish. Our story isn’t one of perfection; it’s one of restoration. We’ve lived through the chaos, hurt, and near-collapse of a blended family. We’ve also seen, firsthand, the power of God to take something broken and rebuild it into something stronger, unified, and anchored in Christ.
We chose the name “Ark Ministries” because, just like Noah’s ark, a marriage can be the vessel that protects and carries a family through the storms of life. Our goal is to help couples build strong “arks” by following God’s blueprint—because when a marriage is sturdy, the family inside can weather anything.
Our Mission
Ark Ministries exists for one reason: to serve blended families. We believe every blended family can experience unity, joy, and stability when Christ is at the center. Through our book Blended Families: A New Ark, small group resources, and ongoing encouragement, we offer hope and practical tools to couples navigating the unique challenges of blending a family.
Our vision is to see homes restored, marriages strengthened, and children growing up in an environment where love, grace, and godly leadership are the norm. Whether you’re in your first months of blending or have been navigating it for years, we’re here to walk the journey with you.
Our Heart for Families
We know what it feels like to wonder if your marriage will survive. We know what it’s like to worry about your kids and feel pulled in a dozen different directions. We also know the joy of seeing a once-broken home transformed by God’s grace. That’s why we do this—to point every blended family to the hope and help found in Christ.
Ark Ministries isn’t just about information—it’s about transformation. We believe the gospel changes everything, including the way we parent, love, and lead our homes. Our prayer is that every couple we serve will build a marriage that becomes an unshakable ark for their family.
About Jeff and Becky Weber
Jeff and Becky Weber are leaders at Grace City Church in Wenatchee, WA, where they serve in multiple ministries. They have four children—Caleb, Katie, Joel, and Evans—and they love being parents and grandparents.
Their own marriage story, told in Blended Families: A New Ark, is one of God’s redemption. Early in their marriage, they faced the brink of divorce, with all the tension, division, and pain that often comes in a blended family. But through the transforming power of Christ, they rebuilt their marriage into a source of strength, stability, and joy for their entire family.
Jeff is a successful entrepreneur and co-leads another ministry, Speiro (GoSpeiro.com), which trains and equips business owners to dedicate their work to God’s Kingdom, do business with excellence, and live generously. Becky is deeply involved in their businesses and also serves on the women’s leadership team at Grace City. She mentors women through the church’s Flourish mentorship track, investing in the next generation of leaders.
Together, Jeff and Becky’s greatest desire is to live for Christ, love each other well, be excellent grandparents, help blended families flourish, and see people come to faith in Jesus.
